 The Iredell
County Home Builders
Association is the voice of the
home building industry in Iredell County, North
Carolina.
A professional trade association chartered
with the North Carolina Association of Home Builders,
the ICHBA is comprised of local builders and other
trades people associated with the home building industry.
Our mission is to
educate our members
and the public, promote professionalism and ethical
behavior within the industry and the county, and provide
a large variety of member services.
The ICHBA is also concerned with
protecting private property rights, promoting affordable
home ownership, and advancing the local economy through
building under the free enterprise system.
The ICHBA addresses these concerns
by working to positively impact the legislative,
regulatory, and legal issues that affect the building
industry within Iredell County.
