Each Year the members of ICHBA vote on the Builder of the Year and Associate
of the Year. This is the most prestigious award given by the Iredell County
Home Builders Association. The recipients of this award have always been
ready, willing and able to go above and beyond in their support of our
Association. The accomplishments of the recipients have helped revitalize
the membership and teamwork of the members. The resourcefulness they have
shown and their generoosity with their time to help complete the objectives
of the association has been generous.
